All workshops are designed to help individuals learn and apply practical strategies to avoid the thinking patterns and habits that almost always lead to troubled outcomes.  Left completely unchecked,  we risk them growing into habits and negatively impacting our lives and even the lives of others. The goal is not perfection, but definitely improvement by helping attendees learn to recognize common thinking errors, adjusting their normal reactions, and implementing strategies to help discover their options, and proceeding from there.

To provide context, situations where trouble is righteous, expected, and part of walking faithfully with the Lord is covered too briefly and factually, since these areas that differ vastly from person to person.

To provide further context, true victim situations are reviewed briefly and factually because they also are not related to thinking errors but often get mixed up with thinking errors.
